Project Phases
From the initial consultation to the final handover, our structured process at Simon McCurdy Landscapes ensures exceptional execution and results in creating your perfect landscape.
We ensure an ideal fit for your needs by arranging an initial meeting with one of our experienced Sales Consultants to discuss your plans and design requirements.
Our Sales Consultants gather essential details about your project. Whether you have a design or need one, we align your aesthetic and practical needs with your budget.
We assess your site’s current status, identifying any access constraints, necessary excavations, or waste removal to understand the full scope of your project.
Receive an upfront, itemised quote with material samples as required. Our in-person presentation ensures that you understand every aspect of the proposed work.
Once the quote is accepted, we will issue a warranty insurance contract, prepare a digital contract for signing and issue a deposit invoice. You’ll then have all documentation sorted, ready for us to start your project.
Our team meticulously schedules and plans your project, handling engineering, building permits, and all necessary contractors to keep everything on track.
construction phases
We provide a full-service experience with an in-house team managing every step of the construction process.
Your site is cleared and prepared, ensuring solid foundations and effective drainage to support a healthy, sustainable landscape.
Concrete footings, pathways, and essential infrastructures like lighting and irrigation are installed, giving form to your landscape’s foundation.
Soil preparation, planting, and lawn installation create a lush, vibrant setting. Garden lighting and irrigation systems are also integrated.
We conduct a formal handover, showing you every detail and explaining any systems in your new garden including an irrigation demonstration. Then, get ready to enjoy your garden, with ongoing support to ensure your satisfaction.
